If a specific tool produced incorrect output, please include the tool name, the browser and device you used, and, if possible, a small sample file that reproduces the problem (with any sensitive data removed). That level of detail helps us fix issues far faster than a general description alone.
This site is intentionally focused on file conversion. If you have a specific format pair you'd like to see added as a new tool, let us know which two formats and roughly what you use them for.
